If you find your brain questioning the validity of these statements, you can also try adding: “I’m aligning to the belief that” in front of each of these statements. Once you get more comfortable, you can drop that qualifier.

This focus affirmation is especially supportive because it connects the previous statements about focus, purpose, and creativity.

This final affirmation to help you focus brings it all home. Instead of thinking of focus as the enemy of your creativity, you have created a connection in your subconscious mind that makes focus the HERO of your creativity. That’s big stuff boo. Great job.
