An example of why finding focus is a key element to your success might be: Knowing how to focus means I’ll be able to create clarity around my priorities and complete the day-to-day tasks that support my big goals.
Where will you be a year from now if you don’t embrace focus?
An example of where you’ll be a year from now if you don’t embrace focus could be: I’ll still be dreaming about the life I want to create and that business I want to start, but I won’t have made any momentum towards turning it into a reality.
Where will you be a year from now if you DO embrace focus?
An example of where you’ll be a year from now if you do embrace focus could be: I’ll be able to quit my day job and go all in on my business if I stay focused.

An example of one area in your life where you find it easy to focus and the result could be: I find it easy to focus when I’m cooking in a clean kitchen. I can just zone out, relax, and enjoy preparing the food. The result is being able to feed me and my loved ones food that’s nourishing and delicious AF.
